The 9th highest altitude wetland, Panchpokhari, a combination of five holy lakes, is another popular trek destination along with Gosaikunda. These glacier lakes are popular trekking destinations for tourists who want to enjoy the Himalayas' panoramic views and witness the wonders of nature.

 

Some trek and hike destinations like Kalinchowk, Phulchowki, Champa Devi, Kulekhani, Naubise, Nagarkot, etc. have gained more popularity because these are near from the Kathmandu Valley and are short and possible within a weekend.
