Phewa Lake Fishing

Phewa Lake, the most famous lake of Pokhara, is freshwater and is home to several fishes. The lake is less well-known for fishing and more accessible for other water activities like a stand-up paddle, boating, and kayaking. Surrounded by forest on the three sides, the famous Hindu pilgrim lies in the center of the lake, and the only way to reach it is via boating.

Pokhara is a gateway to several trekking destinations like the Annapurna region, Machhapuchhre region, etc. and trekkers spend time on lakeside before and after their journey. Fishing is relaxing and requires a lot of patience. Tourists are attracted to fishing the Phewa Lake and Begnas Lake in Pokhara as it is a relaxing sport.
